I’m at Home Depot right now looking for a toilet flapper. The two orange aproned staffers I asked about it in the plumbing section asked me what a flapper was!! Then when I explained it was for a toilet’s water reservoir, helpfully said it was probably around where the toilets are. I found this web page as I’m using Google on my iPhone to see if I can find what aisle they’d be in here.

I am curious, did you go complain? I would suspect that they would have offered passes to come back down another time if you told them how this impacted your experience. Of course the Halloween festivities wouldn’t have likely been going on but if they were forward thinking they would offer you a pass for anytime in the next year and send your family a special invitation with free admission to next year’s Halloween themed festivities. Talk about making a huge impact for not a lot of investment on Sea World’s part. That simple gesture would likely make you a raving fan for life.
